This framework
has been designed with an objective to ensure seamless transition
from the existing support team to the offshore support team
without impacting the end-users and current service levels.
Each phase clearly addresses the user, service, technology
and management needs during the application transition process.
It also identifies the current gaps and bridges these gaps
to form a scalable support framework which caters to ever
changing demands of the service and end-user. Special emphasis
is laid on process implementation, adherence of service levels,
collection of metrics data and management reporting.
This framework has been proven in many support projects and
has resulted in increased service levels and satisfaction
of users and end customers.
