While it is extremely difficult to place IT Services in specific sub-sectors, the following set of working definitions and categorisations for purposes of analysing key trends and developments in the industry have been developed.

Professional Consulting - To focus on corporate level business and strategic
   engagements; further divided into:

IT Consulting - High level consulting projects that are directed at strategic information
        technology engagements.

Project-Based Services - Customer projects within this sector have comparatively well    defined tangible deliverables and scope. Contract designs range from a billable hours
approach to fixed-price engagements for components and even entire projects.

Application Development & Deployment - Deliverables can include targeted modules or
components, upgrades to existing systems, as well as original application development.

Implementations - Specialise primarily in technologies, interface development, database
management, and other enabling technologies that allow disparate systems to share
       information.

Staff Augmentation - Providing qualified IT professional staff on a short term or long-term
contract basis to customers in need of specific skill sets and project support for internal
   systems development projects.

Education and Training - To provide training and help desk consulting for firms that have
adopted and implemented packaged products. Engagements can include onsite or training
centre programs following new installations or for skills development and certain technical
